THE Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) on Friday last said that based on a police report on the investigations conducted into an explosion at Kwakwani on March 2nd 2013 at about 06:00 hrs, they are concerned about the manner in which the disposal of the expired explosives was undertaken.
