RYAN Hunt, 27, of Lot 18 Den Amstel, West Coast Demerara and Kester Golding, of Number Four Village, West Coast Berbice, were refused bail by Magistrate Judy Latchman yesterday, on charges of unlawful and malicious wounding.

KEVIN Durant, of Lot 72 Tucville, Georgetown, burst into tears yesterday after he was remanded to prison by Magistrate Judy Latchman. The 29-year-old defendant lamented, as he walked out of the dock: “I never went to jail for anything.”
