Death of Barama worker sad, gruesome PDF Print E-mail

THE worker that was pulled in by the machine at Barama Company and
minced to death recently, was a sad accident. Indeed that was a gruesome death. My sympathy goes out to this man’s family and friends. What I will like to know is was there any observation of occupation and health standards? I know Barama Company usually equips their workers with helmets and safety booths etc. I have visited that company on several occasions.

IS anyone surprised that the small man (Ramjattan) of the AFC party went to complain to the US about Guyana's government?
It is well known that Ramjattan was running to the American Embassy to report PPP/C while he was a member of the very PPPC causing him to be expelled from that party.

IT is apparently becoming clear that government of India has neither any clear policy nor intent to frame an effective policy regarding Kashmir. The policy of appeasement pursued by centre since last six decades has yielded no results due to which the people of India in general and Kashmiri Pandits in particular are suffering.
