THE Demerara Waves online news site on Thursday May 2, 2013 reported that President of the Guyana Press Association, Gordon Moseley, in his address during a function held by the U.S Embassy to mark World Press Freedom Day described the awarding of licences by the administration of former President Bharrat Jagdeo as “unfair and surreptitious.”
