PRESIDENT of Guyana, His Excellency Donald Rabindranauth Ramotar, was yesterday swamped with greetings and best wishes and presents from members of staff at the Office of the President, the various ministries, PPP/C party members, the Cabinet and other friends and well – wishers, as he marked his 62nd birth anniversary. The Caria Caria, Essequibo born Head of State was sworn in as Guyana’s Seventh Executive President on December 3, 2011, after the announcement of the results of the November 28 national and regional elections.
