MINISTER of Home Affairs Mr. Clement Rohee last night confirmed that he had a conversation with E&F Commander Senior Superintendent Clifton Hicken after the shooting had occurred at the McKenzie Bridge on the 18th of July, 2012. He noted that generally, he made contact with officers, particularly at the commander level, assistant commissioner, and others, as there were many times he would call the Commissioner and he would not be available because of his level of responsibility. Then he would speak to the commander or the second in command. |
