SOME $2M are owed to the government’s coffers as a result of traffic ticket defaulters failing to pay their fines at the New Amsterdam Magistrates’ Court. Consequently, Magistrate Adela Nagamootoo has taken the evidence of the respective traffic ranks and has since had fines imposed on August 16, last. |
