TREVOR Samaroo of Lot 17 La Penitence Public Road, Georgetown appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday, charged with simple larceny.
It has been alleged that on July 19, at Lot 122 Third Street, Alexander Village, Georgetown, he stole from Ramesh Samaroo two truck batteries valued at $22,000. Samaroo pleaded not guilty to the offence, and was granted $20,000 bail. He will make another court appearance on August 7. |
