KEITH Kaiser (no address given) appeared in court yesterday, charged with using abusive and threatening language.
Before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry, it is alleged that he committed the offences on July 25, when he abused and threatened Ivor Abrams. The defendant was granted self-bail and ordered to return for report and fixture on September 10. |
