SPONSOR Soomday ‘Rico’ Jeet led the way with the maximum 18 games to see International Six claim the Annual Jeet Brothers Dominoes Tournament title, at Everest Sports Club Pavilion last Friday.
The game featured teams such as Canal 6, Wild Bunch and International Six as a warm-up for a three-leg series starting today at Wild Bunch while on Thursday it will be hosted at Strikers Sports Club and the grand finale is scheduled for Canal No. 1 at Buddy’s Shop.In Friday’s encounter the final scores had International Six on top with 75 games, while Wild Bunch and Canal had 68 and 66 games respectively. The lone lovebird was Manniram ‘Packer’ Shew . The members of the winning team were the recipients of one NBA official cap each while watches were given to the top players of each team namely Martin Premaul of International 6, Jermaine Jackson of Wild Bunch and Rajesh ‘Spoon’ Sukhai of Canal 6. The three-leg series will see much more tokens, inclusive of brand name designer watches, compliments of Jeet Brothers. All games are expected to start at 19:00hrs with the exception of the final which will start at 14:00hrs. |
