The defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on April 2, he threatened Rena Kryenhoff. Hernandez told the court he is an illegal alien and is hoping to be deported. The magistrate sent him on remand until May 21 and instructed the prosecutor, Police Sergeant, Gordon Mansfield, to investigate whether Hernandez is, indeed in the country illegally and charge him, if necessary. |
