THE Charity / Urasara Neighbourhood Democratic Council Chairman is acting very strangely. Several decisions made by the council at its statutory meeting are over-ruled by this individual. I personally met this individual on several occasions and have spoken to him about his unethical and nonsensical behaviour. There seems to be no improvement or correction. The entire council is dissatisfied and fed up with the chairman’s behaviour. The Hon Minister of Local Government needs to act early to save this NDC since many are defunct. The Councillors are contemplating moving a ‘no confidence’ motion soon. |
